Here are some examples of export-packaging what we can offer:

Heavy Duty corrugated cardboard: A very strong and weather-resistant packaging. The low weight ensures a better working environment, as the boxes are easier for the employees to handle. They are delivered flat and therefore take up less space in the warehouse.
WRA combination packaging: A strong combination of wood and Heavy Duty corrugated cardboard. Can be used in combination with foam inserts for sensitive components such as aircraft instruments or graphic products. Delivered as a "non-wood packaging" meaning that we do not use heat-treated wood, which would have required ISPM certificates, but instead use MDF moldings.
Octabin packaging: Often used as bulk packaging – for example granules, food or chemicals. Typically 500-1500 kg per packaging. Can be stacked in the warehouse, which saves a lot of space.
Printing: We can of course supply your export packaging with printing – you just have to choose the color and location, and we will prepare a print layout for approval.

WRA combination packaging

The wrap-around packaging is one of our big successes. It is an incredibly strong type of packaging that can be used again and again. It is a combination of Heavy Duty cardboard and wood that create a weather-resistant and extremely durable box. The box can be combined with a foam insert that is specially designed for your product.

The packaging is often used for sensitive components – e.g. airplane instruments and graphic products. Our boxes for airplane instruments are approved according to ATA 300 spec. II.

Octabin

Octabine packages are typically used as bulk packages, i.e. for larger quantities. Usually in connection with exports or internal storage of bulk products such as granules, foods – such as frozen vegetables, frozen fish and shellfish – as well as powders and small amounts of liquid.

It is typically filled with 500 - 1500 kg per packaging. When stored, they can also be stacked on top of each other, which saves a lot of space.

A flexible packaging solution

The wrap-around packaging is closed with strapping tape. If the boxes are to be re-used often then use Rotolock or velcro to close. Wrap-around packaging is unique in its flexibility: You can adjust the length before the box is assembled. This means that you don’t need as many sizes in stock, which ensures a better economy.

The box is delivered sizes up to almost 8 meters in length.

Ready for delivery

The boxes are delivered flat and usually in one piece depending on the model. They are protected on a pallet until they are to be used.

We can make prints on the boxes. Whether you choose stamp printing, screen printing or flexo printing, you can be sure that we will always find a presentable look for your transport and export shipments.
